As a solution-driven technologist, he excels in aligning technical solutions with business strategy, ensuring significant return-on-investment. Fluent in both business and IT languages, he is a dynamic, trusted advisor in the SaaS services ecosystem.
At Twilio Inc., he played a pivotal role in the global expansion and substantial growth of the services sales function, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational development skills. Before that he did the same for the Presales team at Appirio, a premier Salesforce services provider.

Rob Filby is a dynamic Professional Services executive with extensive experience in leading global strategy and operations teams. With an MBA from the top-tier Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, he has demonstrated success in driving organizational alignment and project outcomes for the world's largest enterprises.
Rob's career boasts significant roles at Twilio, Avaya, and Cisco, where he was responsible for services solution sales, customer success, and innovation strategy.

In his most recent role at Twilio, Jared was in charge of leading the NAMER Solution Architecture team. Jared's proficiency in technology development, his flair for bridging the understanding between business and technical stakeholders, as well as his commitment to continuous improvement are hallmarks of his professional journey.
